To help you guys out with the answer. It is known that the more slender the claws and fatter the tail of the scorpion the more venomous it is. Emperor Scorpions, scorpions with the largest claws, are known to be the least venomous scorpion. There sting rarely results in medical emergency unless allergic to bee stings or insect bites.
Actually it depends on the size of the scorpion. If the scorpian is big the bite isn't that bad but you still have to see a doctor. Now if it is a small one you have to head to the hospital immediately.
Depends on how you define "deadliest". Do you mean the most human kills? That would be the Indian Red, more than likely.
But if you mean has the most potential to kill, or the most venomous, that would be the leiurus quinquestriatus, aka, the Death Stalker scorpion. It has the lowest LD50 of any known scorpion (as low as .16 mg), but it lives in remote areas, and therefore has little human exposure.
For the record, I'd recommend not getting stung by either. But that's just me.

The world's most dangerous scorpion is the Death stalker (Leiurus quinquestriatus).

With a scorpion, it would actually be a sting instead of a bite. The sting will likely be painful and swell a bit. It might go numb around the sting itself.
