ALL cents (pennies) are worth money, at least one cent. If you mean which ones are worth MORE than a cent, there are many of them but it's almost impossible to find them in change. Most are long gone from circulation. Even most wheat cents from the 1940s and 1950s don't have much extra value.
Some of the more valuable wheat cents include:
1955 double-die (the coin has two images, slightly offset from each other)
1943 steel cent - 25 to 50 cents in average condition
1922 "plain" - an error coin missing its "D" mint mark because of a filled die
1914-D - a key date, possibly worth hundreds of dollars depending on condition
1909-S and 1909-S with the initials VDB on the back
Most Indian head cents are worth at least a dollar even if worn. Some, like a 1908-S, 1909-S, and 1877, are significantly more valuable.
