If you are referring to the impeachment, no one convicted him. He was impeached by the House of Representatives. This means that he was accused, and nothing more. He was then tried by the US Senate. They acquitted him.

Despite mountainous evidence that he lied repeatedly in court and to Congress, Clinton has never admitted any guilt and has never been found guilty of a related crime in any court.
