The landlord will evict the people also called tenants. The eviction service is carried on between landlords and tenants in a legal manner. So if there is any problem occurs regarding money then the landlord will evict but he has to follow some rules and give some notice time to the tenant. I got this idea from the Eviction Services of Rocket Eviction. Thanks.

If a roommate who is the only one on the lease evicts the other but refuses to allow that roommate to get his belongings what legal recourse does the evicted person have?

Check with the local police. If you have belongings of value in the place, hopefully you will have receipts with your credit card number on them there, too? And the matching credit card will have your name on it. Your local police should be able to tell you the first step.

The taking of possession of property means basically having total control over it. If the property is a rental property and the landlord hands you the keys, then you are in legal possession of the property, something that the landlord cannot take back unless he legally evicts you.

Can I sue my brother if he's the executor if he evicts me and my disabled child i am an heir to the estate?

The beneficiaries of a will inherit the estate after any debts have been paid. That may mean that a property has to be sold. If so, the current residents have to be evicted, and the executor (as the owner of the estate at this time) is the one responsible for doing so.Note that by showing sympathy and allowing you to stay in the house, your brother would have opened himself up to serious legal action from the creditors, and the law.
