The invention of the wheel can't be pinpointed to a particular individual but the earliest evidence comes from Mesopotamia in around the 5th millennium BC

The wheel was invented in India. They were the first who had made a prototype of what we today call the wheel. A wheel in India is called Ashoka Chakra (chakra means wheel)
