I think you mean Darth Caedus, formerly Jacen Solo, but after him in the Legacy comics comes Darth Krayt, who is killed by Darth Wyyrlok in 137 ABY, who then continues the One Sith Order that was created by Krayt. No Darth Vader won sidious by a bit after he killed sidious he turned good

Darth Vader was the last sith lord in the order of the sith lords but they were numerous sith lords after Darth Vader and Darth sidious. so the last sith lord as of right now would be Darth worrylock.

Some may say Darth Vader, but it may be Darth Sidious (Palpatine) as the best Sith Lord in Star Wars history.
