THE FATHER OF VISHNU
Hindus who believe that Vishnu is the supreme Hindu god consider him as Adibhagavan or eternal god. This means that Vishnu has no birth and therefore no father.
THE CONCEPT OF BRAHMAN AS FATHER OF VISHNU
It is well accepted in Hinduism that all gods originate from Brahman.
According to Manu Smriti Purusha, who is the same as Brahman (Manu Smriti 1.11) is made of seven Maha Purushas. Though not mentioned in Hindu scriptures, we can conclude that Vishnu is the central of the seven Mahapurushas.
Thus, it is tempting to conclude that Brahman, in the real form, is the father of Vishnu.
However, such a concept has no practical use because Brahman is beyond the comprehension of practically all Hindus.
