The Empire remained on Britain's side. Lots of Canadians were involved in the Battle of Britain. Australians and New Zealanders too. There were also quite a lot of pilots from Nazi occupied countries. Loads of Poles and Czechs.

There were even several people from the neutral US and Ireland serving in the RAF.

Be that as it may, the British Empire stood alone against the Nazis during the Battle of Britain. It as their "Finest Hour."
