Its a country up in the mountain range of the Himalays. Its frequent to have weather and atmospheric changes there. Rain is common. Thunderbolts frequently occur. When there is storm, darkness and sparklights..the believers in Bhutan thinks..it was sent by God/Goddess. And 'may be' they name the sparking lights of the thunderbolts as...red fire coming out of a dragon.

I donot if any specific hill station in India is known as the land of thunderbolt but as a country, this name is used for Bhutan.
