Science is from Allah (God) and it reflects the greatness and wisdom of God as he is the one who created man and made him develop in knowledge. Also, science is a tool to prove the existence of God once it's used righteously. The facts of science do not contradict by any means with the authentic Revelations from God as conveyed by the great prophets such as Noah, Ibraham, Moses, Jesus and Mohamed (peace be upon all of them). When Islam was on rise, science flourished for example in Spain, Iraq, India etc; some great Muslim thinkers were AlKawarizmi, Aviseena, AlBayroni, Jaber Ibn Hayan etc. Science without the guidanace of the divine authentic revealation becomes a curse and not a blessing. Allah (God) revealed the first verses to his prophet Mohamed (peace be upon him) as follows " Read in the name of your lord (Allah), who created man from Allaq (clinging drop/simen etc), read in the name of your lord the honorable, your lord who has taought man how to use the pen, HE who taught man what man does not know" Quran 96:1-5
Muslims believe that God is the originator/creator as HE is the ONE who created the Man, the Sun, the earth and the Universe etc in a very "scientific" and consistent and in harmony way before the existence of man and without the help of the so called "Scientists; read what Allah (God says in the Quran 18:51, also read 17:111

Then the Muslims were kicked out of Spain and all the science was left for the Romans. -MUSLIMS!

This is not unlike the Christian study of "creation science". In the end, everybody does want science on their side, but science must be subservient to religion, of you are a religious fanatic, as many people are.
