so little kids can't reach it and put all there toys in it and freeze loads of stuff they shouldn't
i think that yr thermostat is broken, the fridge is way cooler than you think! put a sub zero c thermometer in the fridge all h2o will freeze at 0 degrees c unless you put salt in it. what does salt do to stop it freezing?! good luck with yr fridge!
Ice plus is an accelerated freezing setting that allows you to speed up the ice making and or freezing process if needed- say if you were having a dinner party. The set temp of the freezer stays the same, but the fan turns on to speed up the freezing process.
most modern fridge freezers have an airflow control, if the temperature setting is correct in the fridge/freezer check the air flow vents as I had the same trouble, I ended up turning the air flow down to keep the chilled air in the freezer instead of circulating it into the fridge. Also dont put lettuce near the air vents!!

you put it in freezing cold water and put a little shampoo on it. put in warm water. then put back in freezing cold water. Take it out of the cold water and hang it up and let it dry! DO NOT TOUCH IT WHEN DRYING!

Actually, it is considered to be poor food hygiene to put food in the fridge if it is not completely cold all the way through. (Same thing goes for freezing food). This is because warm food has the capacity to warm up the other food around it, even in a fridge or freezer, so if there is any form of meat, fish, soft cheese or eggs etc... in the fridge there is a risk of warming them, allowing bacteria to breed and getting food poisoning as a result.
