Jerusalem
Neither Jews nor Muslims rule Jerusalem today. However, Jews do dream of living in this holy city when Jesus returns to Earth.
Most Christians consider Him as a false prophet, whereas all Muslims believe on Christ, moses, David, Abraham, Adam and all prophets to the last prophet Mohamad (Peace Be Upon Them).
Muhammad peace be upon him
A:There are wicked Muslims, Jews, Christians, Hindus and atheists alive today, among others. More importantly, there are good Muslims, Jews, Christians, Hindus and atheists alive today, and these are the ones we should focus on.
Jerusalem faces numerous challenges today, including conflicts over its status as a contested city between Israelis and Palestinians, tensions over religious and cultural differences, issues of sovereignty, security concerns, and the need to balance the interests of various groups living within the city. These challenges contribute to ongoing political instability and hinder efforts to achieve lasting peace and coexistence.
Yes, of course. They are already friends except when Muslims get attacked by Christians then Muslims have to defend themselves. Another view: In many parts of the Middle East today, Christians are being persecuted and murdered by muslims. They have to either convert to Islam, flee, or die. It's not the Christians doing the attacking, but groups like ISIS.
There are born-again Christians, Buddhists, atheists, and Muslims in China today.
They resisted for the same reasons that Muslims resist conversion today; they simply reject the theological claims made by Christians.
A Muslim is forbidden to kill a innocent life, regardless of faith or race. However from the media today you might picture Muslims as killers ( terrorists) but the religion is far from being that, Islam is a religion that teaches peace and love, towards your Muslim brothers and non Muslims like christians, the second khalifa or Islamic ruler Omar R.A refused to pray in the church in Bethlehem so Muslims wouldn't use it as a excuse to take it over one day. Christians lived side to side with Muslims for over 1400 years. If their killers I don't think Christians would be all over the middle east today like Egypt and so on.
No. Most Egyptians are either Muslims or Christians and therefore worship only God.
Nothing Ignore the above While today it may seem like it was 'nothing' during MEDIEVAL times people went on Crusades as a pilgrimage. Religion was a very important part of life for these people and Jerusalem was the centre of Christianity. The Holy Land was a honey pot for Christians. Pilgrimages were made as penence (punishment) or simply to please God. When war broke out between Christians and Muslims over the rights to the Holy Land people went on Crusade to drive the Muslims out because they believed that Jerusalem was theirs. They lacked the understanding of other religions that people hold today and so they would not accept it.
