Most of the Native Americans in the American colonies tended to side with the English. This included the Mohawk tribe, along with the Mohicans and Mohegan. While there was no love lost between the American tribes and the Brits, the natives sided with the English because the French has befriended their tribal enemies. This included the Huron, along with Fox and Osage tribes. While the British would win the war at the end, the French and Indian armies did manage to capture several forts on American frontier land.

for protection.
Most Native Americans sided with the British in the War of 1812. American settlers were encroaching on their land, and Native Americans had already been in conflict with them before the war. The British also made efforts in the peace treaty to preserve the rights of the Native Americans, however these were mostly ignored.
Um actually most Native Americans were Neutral meaning would not take the Patriots nor Britains side. They did not believe violence solved anything and tried to stay out of the wars.
whose side did the native americans take between the french and british and why?
because they were angry i guess
Jackson's position was thathe wanted the Native Americans to be in conflict with the white settlers on the West side of the Mississippi River
It was the 'americans' against the english, however most of the native people were helping the would be Americans
because the French treated the Indians better then the english

Depends, some northeastern tribes supported the English while others the colonists. Just like any group there were those who were neutral.
No i believe that they sided with the french they sided with the British
Played Assasin's creed 3
Many were on the British side because they promised to help get their land back but some were also on the rebel's side
"Most" Native Americans did not choose one side or the other. "Most" Native Americans remained neutral. There were several tribes who fought for one side or the other. Specifically the Cherokee Nation in Oklahoma primarily stood with the south. The federal government had treated the Cherokee so badly under Jackson's administration, they had little other choice but to back the other side.
