It is true that many species of venomous spider do frequent reside within Banana tree plantations, in different countries. But I do not know of any that actually lay eggs within the actual banana. More likely is the black spots within the banana could either be the Banana seeds, to which you could grow your own bananas.

Banana Spiders usually lay their eggs in the egg sacs between August and October. The eggs hatch in a short period of time, and the first molt takes place within the first month. However, the spiderlings will remain in the egg sac until temperatures warm up in the spring.

What happens to spiders after they hatch?

Depends on the kind of spide. . I would kill the spider with spray or a shoe and stomp/smash the eggs if the spider is poisonous. If it isn't poisonous, leave them alone if you don't mind them. If you don't want them, do the same thing as for poisonous spiders.
