We do not know much about the actual timing of the Trojan War, so this will focus on what is written in The Iliad and The Odyssey. The first issue is that the beachhead was difficult for the Greeks to take. The ground was strongly sloped and the Trojans had the high-ground. The second major issues is that Ancient Greeks did not have sophisticated siege weaponry, which meant that it was effectively impossible for them to breach the Trojan Walls surrounding the city until Odysseus came up with the idea of the Trojan Horse, which allowed for the Trojans to "self-breach" the city walls.
No wind.
It was right for the Achaeans to destroy Troy. The war started when Paris of Troy took another king's beautiful wife, Helen.
it took as long as it took perry to drop is balls
no no no no no! Slade saw Terra and took her in so he could train her and have her defeat the teen titans.
They got in a horse (that they made out of wood)as a gift of showing that they were giving up and the Trojans saw it and took it in their city and then at night the Greeks in the horse quietly crept out and let the Greek army in that was waiting out side. when they came in they killed the city and took back Helen.
The battle of Troy took place in the city of Troy. The battle began outside of the cities walls, however the Greeks were able to sneak into the city by hiding in large wooden horse.
Because he was forever upset with Aphrodite and Ares about their trysts. Since Aphrodite and Ares sided with the Trojans, he took up sides with the Achaeans.
to regain the honor the king took from him when he took away his honor, therefore Achilles wanted the king to suffer how he did.
The Trojan War finally ended when the Achaeans tricked the Trojans, by hiding in a wooden horse offering. The Trojans allowed the horse inside their city, and that night feasted and drank until they went to sleep. The Achaeans burnt the city of Troy to the ground, killed the men and took the women as prisoners.
The greeks built a giant wooden horse and said they surrendered and they should accept it as a symbol of peace. The trojans took it inside the walls and the greeks inside the horse opened the gates and let the greek army in form inside the wall
The victors were the Achaeans. The Achaeans captured the city, retrieved Helen, punished the Trojans by burning the city to the ground, slaughtered many Trojans and sold what remained into slavery. Hector's infant son Astyanax was thrown down from the walls of Troy, to end the royal line, and the possibility of a son's revenge. Antenor, who had given hospitality to Menelaus and Odysseus when they asked for the return of Helen, and who had advocated so, was spared, along with his family. Aeneas took his father on his back and fled, and, according to Apollodorus, was allowed to go because of his piety. Then the Achaean Greeks returned home with the spoils of war. The 'spoils of war' was the compensation in archaic Greece for military service. ____________________ The Achaeans captured the city, slaughtered, and sold the remnants into slavery, then returned home with the loot.

King of the Greeks (in reality it was Mycenae) was Agamemnon. I believe the King of the Trojans was Priam. hope this helps! :]
Prince Paris "kidnapped" Helen, the wife of Menelaus and took her to Troy. When Helen was married, her father, fearing the wrath of the princes that he did not marry Helen to, made every one of Helen's suitors swear to fight whoever dares to take Helen away from her husband. So when Paris took Helen to Troy, Agamemnon, Menelaus's older brother, took this chance and lead the Achaeans to fight Troy for Helen.
The Trojan War is a war that is written about in Greek Mythology. The gods that took the Trojans side were Aphrodite, Artemis, Ares, and Apollo.
It was right for the Achaeans to destroy Troy. The war started when Paris of Troy took another king's beautiful wife, Helen.
Hector was killed in combat so Andromache was a widow. After Troy lost against the Achaeans, the Achaeans split up the men, women, and children of Troy as their prize. Neoptolemus took Andromache as his prize. He also threw Andromache and Hector's baby son Astyanax over Troy's walls.
the Greeks hid in the hollowed out wooden horse, and sailed their ships away, making the Trojans believe they had left. The trojans celebrated and took the horse left behind as a sign of surrender by the Greeks. They then brought the horse inside to serve as a statue and reminder of the Greek surrender. At night, the men inside the horse, escaped, killed the guards at the wall, opened the city gates and signalled the hiding Greek forces to attack. With the heavily fortified wall gates now open, the Greeks easily defeated the Trojans.
