We all go through a phase like this as teens or young adults. Try to relax. Being obsessed with it only makes it worse, and I promise you, in time this will pass.
It's your choice how you choose to view yourself. If you want to feel like a freak, that is your choice. If you would rather not feel like that then you can shift your focus to the things you have in common with others instead of the things that make you different.
