If it's for a job that involves being a member of the healthcare profession e.g. nurse, physiotherapist, radiographer etc. make sure that you look up the Trusts care and service quality ratings prior to the interview. These can be found on the CQC ratings website and Dr Foster reports. If they are particularly good then you can say e.g. "I have researched the hospital and am keen to be a part if the trust that...".
However, probably best not to quote these if they are poor.
If you have links to the local area then say it. If you have heard that it has a good reputation then say it.
You can also look at the hospital's website prior to interview to see what their specific 'values and beliefs' are and try to work these into your interview.
Since it's a well recognized hospital and I would like to get more exposure by working in international known company. Also for better prospect I would like to join RAK Hospital.
