The thing is about moods is it is effected by our surrondings. Your situation could be that your sad and someone you may love or like very much comes up and they can just lighten you up and change your mood from saddness into happiness. It is possible! :} usually (like for me) i forget everything bad and i just seem to be brainwashed into happiness when im around someone i like a lot.
