The drive shaft may need to be tightened
if clicking is in turns than a front axle needs replaced. if turning right it is your left axle-- turning left it is your right axle!! the clicking is the cv joint in axle.
When turning left or right, you will hear a clicking noise.
what kind of noise do u hear. clicking, poping, or skweek etc.
It probably needs steering fluid.
Many things can cause that, the simplest cause being lack of power steering fluid.
CVC joint needs replacing. This can be dangerous, have it repaired.
If its making a horrible grinding noise, it could be the bearing!
bad rack and pinion
If the sound is a loud growling , whining, noise you're probably low on power steering fluid. Now the cause of the fluids loss is WHERE ?
Power Steering pump my have a leak...
Might be due to low/no fluid level in the power steering reservoir.
Souinds like a bad CV joint in one of the front axel shafts, If it clicks when turning hard right then it will be the right outer CV joint. If it clicks when turning to the left then it's the left outer CV joint.
