Why does my sister's 2002 Camry's steering wheel start to shake at higher speeds 65mph and higher. We just change the wheels to 16inch 06 Camry solara alloy wheels could that be the problem?

Maybe you used the wrong pump? There are two different kinds of power steering pumps made for 1992 Toyota Camry's. Ones for Camrys manufactured 03/1992 and before, and ones for camrys manufactured from 04/1992-1996. You can check when your car was made by looking on the inside of the driver side door jamb.
