Why does my 1992 Toyota Camry XLE power steering pump still make noise after i have replaced it and bled it several times noise seems to be coming from hydraulic fan side of pump.?

Maybe you used the wrong pump? There are two different kinds of Power Steering pumps made for 1992 Toyota Camry's. Ones for Camrys manufactured 03/1992 and before, and ones for camrys manufactured from 04/1992-1996. You can check when your car was made by looking on the inside of the driver side door jamb.
