Most cats that are on friendly terms with each other will lick and groom each other.
Mother cats lick the bottoms of their young to stimulate the muscles to release the waste. Kittens along with other mammals all do this to their young. At the infant stage of their lives they cannot go to the bathroom on their own and need the assistance of their mother to help them go.
There is nothing to worry she just wants to get attention and mate
Yes
It seems like your cat is bonding with the kitten. This is not completely unusual when introducing two young cats as they tend to adapt quicker than much older cats. This is completely normal and nothing to be worried about.
yes.
A young cat is called a kit. :3
A male cat is a Tom, a female cat is a Queen, and a young cat is a kitten.
It depends on the individual cat. If it is extremely young, the male cat may see a kitten as food. However, different cats have different personalities. Make sure that you stay with the kitten until the male cat is no longer hissing.
any baby cat is called a kitten if its male or female it is the same
The female cat is called a "queen" (how appropriate). The male cat is a "tom" or "tomcat"

Yes, the cat is considered a woman; if not a kitten. When a kitten, it would be considered a girl.
Is your cat(the older one) a male? If so he is doing this because of jealousy and/or spite. Male cats do not usually attack kittens. Just like people the kitten(child) may have done something to upset the cat making it hiss. Then later the cat forges the kitten for whatever it is the kitten may have done, hence the nicer show of behaviours.
