If your fifty year old boyfriend won't kiss you perhaps you should ask him. There probably is a reason, maybe he's too shy it's hard to say, so why not ask him and get the answer you want.

Well he might not because boys sometimes like to take it really slow! Also he might be scared or nervous to kiss you because this might be his first kiss and doesn't want to mess it up for himself and you!
