Why is it important to wear loose clothing when exercising?
Exercise clothes don't necessarily have to be loose, as long as they allow for freedom of movement. Leggings or yoga pants, for example, are tight fitting, but they're stretchy and flexible enough that you can easily move around in them. Same with tights that dancers wear. I actually prefer tighter clothes so that they don't get in the way or flop around while I'm moving.

It can be very uncomfortable to wear tight fitting clothing if it limits your range of motion during exercise. Also, many types of tight fitting clothing do not have ver…y good ventilation, meaning that you could become very hot and sweaty during moderate exercise. Of course, this applies only to some types of clothing. A number of tight-fitting clothing styles such as Under-Armor stretch to allow for movement and do vent very well, making it a reasonable choice for exercise.
Depends if the clothe is hot it will burn more calories but if its normal clothe it won't burn alot of calories.

In addition, it must meet the requirements of health and be suited to the circumstances of time and place and to the needs of the ministry involved."

When exercising clothing needs to allow freedom of movement and plenty of air circulation so you don't overheat. This is easily achieved with sports clothes that have stretc…h fabrics and fabrics with good "wicking" that draw sweat away from the body, that "breathe". Whether they are form fitting or loose really makes no difference. You only need to choose loose fitting clothes if you are wearing normal every day clothes to exercise.
A skater's speed usually fluctuates by how skilled of a skater he/she actually is. It also depends on the quality and size of the wheel and the resistance and cleanliness in y…our bearings (often determined by an ABEC rating). The surface in which your riding on also determines how long you can hold your speed and how fast you can even get to start with. hills and transitions also fluctuate your speed. All in all, if it holds any factors in determining your speed, baggy clothes would be the LAST thing to slow you down haha

tight clothes keep close to body and keep heat trapped in. this can lead to heat stroke and make you collapse. lose clothes create escapes for heat, entrances for cold air a…nd more suface area to spread heat to. principle is siumlar to a heat sink in a PC or game console
Because when your exercising you are obviously moving around allot so if you wear clothes that don't support you you could hurt yourself or damage your clothes for example; yo…ur pants could rip,your bra(for girls) could break or you could damage stuff on the inside of your boob's if you are doing jumping or running exercises(it hurts),you could do like the splits and get stuck or cut the circulation in your legs(It happens allot to me),or some clothes wont let you do certain moves right so you could easily deform your body. And if ur a girl wearing skimpy clothes will give other people a certain image of you that you dont want(I hope) and I will give you a little tip(If you go to a work out room in a spagetty strap (where your boobs are flying everywhere) and short shorts you will look like a loser or a skank I guarantee you:)So unless you a wearing a sports bra and yoga pants dont wear reveling things:)
NO, it is not safe and you can get a cold. However it can make you feel shorter because there is a lot of weight in you, doesn't mean you will be shorter basically dizzy.
Most of the time its in summer and when it gets hot tight clothes stick to you witch makes it very uncomftorable so that is one reason why also it may be beacause of pubirtyho…pe i helped

No, it's doesn't help anything. You need to wear lose clothing like something to big for you. But you can try wet clothing if you like
No, it is not necessary to wear special workout clothing to exercise. The clothing just needs to be comfortable and non-binding. A t-shirt or tank top and a pair of shorts… will work just fine. Fleece jogging pants and a sweatshirt are good for many things such as walking or jogging in cooler weather.
