It is only bad if the immigrants are illegal. If a person wants the privilege to drive in this country, they need to be legal. It is also beneficial to license immigrant drivers - even illegal ones - because, properly done, it requires them to understand the rules of the road in the country and demonstrate the ability to drive safely and thus should provide some protection for other drivers.

It makes no sense that they dont have it.... they clean your houses produce your food and suffering the cancer for pesticides in the proces and build most of what you can see
Provided they can pass the test as set out by law in the area where they live, they should be able to drive a car.
In many parts of the world, particularly the US, not being able to drive a car is a huge handicap, which shouldn't be inflicted lightly so why would you handicap your BROTER AMERICAN ASIAN EUROPEAN or AFRICAN.
Another View There is absolutely no reason whatsoever that someone who has entered ANY country illegally should enjoy the privileges of a ctizen or an immigrant or alien who entered the country legally
