1. Laughing reduces stress (of course!)

2. Laughing boosts your immune system.

3. Laughing relieves pain. (kinda obvious!)

4. Laughing relieves depression. (same thing.)

5. Laughing gives your heart a mini work-out. (if you laugh hard.)

6. Laughing improves your breathing.

7. Laughing helps in losing weight.

8. Laughing (regularly) lowers your blood pressure. (after a while)

9. Laughing helps your relationships.
