The 1999 Chevrolet Suburban speed sensor is located on the back of the transmission. The speed sensor will be in the upper left-hand corner.
On your 1999 Ford F-150 , 4.2 liter V6 engine : The left bank is the drivers side of the engine ( or bank 2 ) The right bank is the passenger side of the engine ( or bank 1 )
Left rear of the transmission on 2 wheel drive trucks.
Should be under the far left side of the dash up against the firewall.
My 1999 Suburban 1500 LT has the DRL Module in a gray plastic case with a flip lid access to the PCB inside located under the dash to the left of the steering column. Open the lid to the plastic case, grab the PCB edge with pliers and wiggle free. I still haven't located the DRL diode though... Anyone?

That would be the electric switch that is screewed into the intake to the left of the thermostat housing.
Bad Battery. Bad Alternator. Lights left on by mistake. Something left running. Exc.
It is bolted to the bottom left side of the timing cover / behind the harmonic balancer.
Bank 1 is before the CAT and on the left side (driver side) by the manifold.
Bank 2 Sensor 1 located downstream left front rear side.
Under the hood in the fuse/relay center. There should be a fuse each for left and right, high and low beam.
