You need better representation. Also, find out and make sure there is really no evidence against you. Sometimes people get emotional and the first thing they want blame on is the fact that they are African American. Not to say or imply anything but since you mentioned the fact that you are African American, then you must have a reason to believe they were discriminatory towards you. Unless you just did not like the sentence.
