why tax dept hare st to tax payers for refund tax and they don't bother to reply any letter which was send to the tax dept
My tax refund with tax dept of India has been outstanding since 1995/96
Rs34,000 which has been not refunded who do i get this refund would you please let me know or advice who can I get this thing sort out

Why Linda O'Neil website is offline?
I can't really answer the question but here's what I know...Linda's site always had regular updates until May 2007 when her site went for about 3 weeks or so with no activity at all until it went completely offline in mid-June 2007. I was a regular member and emailed her webmistress (her sister Lisa) several times trying to find out what happened. Lisa almost always answered members e-mails previously but I never got any reply from her. After several days of Linda's site being completely off-line it was back up without the members section. I tried emailing again and did get a repy with the message "The members section is down until further notice. Sorry for any inconvience this may cause. Sorry this is all I can tell you. Webmaster" From that reply I can only guess that something bad must have happened though I don't know what. There was never any note from Linda on her site about retiring from modeling or anything of the sort. It was interesting that after the site was back up, without the members section, that the splash screen that the webmaster put up was the darkest of all the splash screens Linda ever used on her site. It was all black with a really dark picture of Linda in a suede type bikini. Don't know if the black splash screen photo had any meaning or not. Just guessing. Sure hated to see her go. I still think she's the greatest net-model ever.
