bronchi
The two branching tubes in the respiratory system are the bronchi. They are branches of the trachea.
The respiratory system is very interesting, usually showing the Pharynx, then the epiglottis, the trachea and the two Bronchi (left and right) than the lung.
The two branches of the trachea (windpipe) are the left bronchus and the right bronchus. The bronchi lead into each lung, and are a part of the respiratory system.
The bronchioles connect to one or the other of the bronchi, the two main branches of the trachea, which lead directly to the lungs. Singular of "bronchi" is "bronchus".
The main structures of the respiratory system are:mouthnosepharynx (throat)larynx (vocal cords)trachea (windpipe)bronchi (singular is bronchus; these are the two smaller tubes that are branches of the trachea)bronchioles (even smaller tubes off of the bronchi)lungsalveoli (singular is alveolus; these are tiny sacs on the bronchioles that are surrounded by blood vessels that allow oxygen into the blood)
The main parts of the lower respiratory tract are the trachea, two bronchial tubes, the bronchioles, and the lungs. The upper and lower respiratory tracts come together to make up the entire respiratory system.
the upper part of trachea is larynx and lower is two tubes which are bronchi
The trachea divides at the carina to form two bronchi.
Trachea branches to the mainstem bronchus branches to the lobar bronchi branches to the segmental bronchi to the bronchioles branches to the terminal bronchioles branches to the respiratory bronchioles branches to the the alveolar ducts finally lead to the alveoli.Or... Trachea to Bronchus (Bronchi) to the bronchioles to the alveolar ducts to the alveoli.
Bronchidius is a respiratory infection that takes place in the bronchi. The bronchi are two tubes that extend from the trachea, or windpipe. This infection makes you have a sore throat and a bad cough.
The trachea branches off into two tubes going to each lung called the Bronchial Tubes.
