Why would a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am knock when driving more than 60 miles an hour?

It happened to me. I spun two crank bearing. I had to tear the engine apart and replace the crank and the bearings. Get somebody to check the outer tie rods. I had a car that did that. The noise will be less if you change lanes.
