Purg The Air Out of the Cooling system
The thermostat on a 2005 Kia Sedona is located on the top of the radiator. To access the thermostat, you will need to remove the upper hose assembly.
Probably because the thermostat is stuck open, preventing the engine from warming up properly. Not only do you not get warm air, but it is bad for the engine to run at a low temperature.
This thermostat is normally located where the upper radiator hose connects to the engine.
At the engine block at the end of the lower radiator hose.
a temp sensor is located on the intake or the thermostat housing
2004 sedona's have a tanny cooler in the front to keep it from overheating like a small rad if one of the lines are bad or damaged it will from the bumper (front) area
I believe that is 60,000 miles!
Per the manual, and Kia's pre-2007 policy it needs to be changed at 60k miles.
I think my 07 manual says 100,000 miles
