There are a lot of things you would need to do to make it work if it needs to be smog legal. different computer, wiring would be different, motor mounts,I don't know about the tranny. Are the starters on the same side? They put 4.0's in rangers already so all the parts will be readily available. It is very doable and not very expensive.
