Yes pond comets and other pond goldfish get along with koi, however koi can get over 24 inches long when a comet typically doesn't grow more than 12 inches- that's quite a considerable difference in size (which is why its often best to keep koi with other koi and goldfish with other goldfish).
No they will not. If the goldfish are too large the Koi will leave them alone. If however they are small then if the Koi can fit them into their mouths they will indeed eat goldfish and any other fish small enough to fit. Koi were developed by the Japanese to live in ponds and be viewed from above. That is why they have very broad backs and grow to over 2 feet long. Please don't condem them to a life in a tank. Retailers who sell Koi to folks who don't have ponds are condemming the fish to a slow and nasty death.
yes they do as long as they are the same size. if your pacu gets any larger you will have to place the goldfish in a new tank or seperate.
koi fish would normally eat goldfish food try tetra fin goldfish flakes they are made for goldfish and koi
They get along with goldfish but you'll end up with babies that are part goldfish. I have them in the same pond and that's what happened to me. The main problem with putting Koi with other fish, is sometimes the other fish like to eat Koi.
If the Koi is large enough it may well eat a goldfish fry but Goldfish and Koi are not fighting type fish so they do not normally bite one another.
Raccoons are not particular and will eat any fish they can catch, including goldfish and koi from backyard ponds.
Koi is a type of fish. Just don't put koi in the pond and it will not be a koi pond.
They will eat many plants. They are very fond of Elodia densa and Elodia stricta.
Only Carps eat duckweed, such as Goldfish and Koi. Danios do not. Hope that helped. :)
goldfish, koi
Koi
Any fish that can fit one in their mouth will probably eat them. All predatory fish (which is most fish) will try to eat them. Even a goldfish would pick at one.
Nope they sometimes eat there eggs
If the toads are small enough they certainly will eat them and the tadpoles too. If the toads are toxic as is the case with cane toads the goldfish/koi will be poisoned and may well die.
