This makes me smile, thinking about what the definition of "normal" is...(conforming to the social standard)... regardless, the answer my heart wants to shout is YES!, People with autism CAN live a 'normal' life, they CAN have happiness, they CAN have relationships, some will get married and have children and have productive jobs. There are those who will always need help of course and then hope there is that they have a strong family and community support system. I guess the real answer if that there is no one answer when it comes to ANYTHING with autism.
They Most Certainly Can. They Most Certainly Will.
God Bless them with the right people to guide them on the path of life. It has been done.
Here are somepeople with autism
Yes they can.
Yes, it is a developmental disability which cannot be cured. However, it can be treated with great success and many people with autism lead normal lives as adults.
not really...................
It depends on what you want for that person. If you want them to have a good life then of course go for it!!=)
Autism is a condition that affect a persons social and personal life. It can make people the object of judgement and uninvited stares and questions. It can also make a person feel left out or not normal compared to others.
By breathing, eating, etc. while accomplishing all the milestones most people go through during their life. Autism is not life-threatening.
It depends what you mean by "normal". If by normal you are asking if autistic people will ever become neurotypical - no, that's like asking if black people can ever become white. Who wants to be normal anyway?
Children with Autism generally have a normal life expectancy similar to individuals without Autism. However, they may face certain health conditions or challenges associated with Autism that could impact their overall health and well-being. Regular medical check-ups and support services can help address any potential issues and improve their quality of life.

Autism awareness is simply making people aware of autism and Autistic people. Unfortunately organizations such as Autism Speaks uses autism awareness to speak negatively about autism and Autistic people to increase their profits, thus there remains a lot of ignorance about autism.
If your child is Autistic then they will always be Autistic, that cannot change as Autism is part of their neurology and who they are. I'm not entirely sure why 'looks normal' is a reason to think his Autism is in question, Autistic people look no different to neurotypical people. Please, if your child is Autistic you need to learn about Autism.
It would not be ethical or legal to do anything TO people who have autism.
