young lovelegally you cannot move in with an 18 year old boy if you are 16 and not only that but if you did take it to court the judge will probably throw the case out because legally you are still a minor and not allowed to live on your own without parental guardianship. so my answer to you is most likely and in all probability no. AnswerNo. The 16 year old would have to get emancipated before she can move out (without parental permission). AnswerWell. This is a free country, you can do what you want. BUT Your parents will report you missing, they or the police will find you, your boyfriend will spend time in jail for kidnapping and statutory rape, or worse, living with the whole, having sex with a minor on his rap sheet. My advice would be to wait it out, things will get better, you will eventually grow apart from this guy as you mature, and thank your lucky stars you didn't move out.

The court does not recognize emancipation petitions based on the cited circumstances.

A judge would never give a minor permission to move in with a boyfriend or girlfriend, especially when the parents object.

Can your 18 year boyfriend give consent for you to marry him?

Your 18 year old boyfriend pretty much has to consent, or there's no marriage. If you're underage, you must obtain the consent of your parents or legal guardians (or, in some places, a court). No one else can do this, and very specifically your boyfriend cannot.
