It shouldn't. The only symptoms you should notice are a delay in the engine reaching normal operating temperature, and in colder weather a delay in supplying warm air to the passenger compartment.
I would think if you leave an apple anywhere for 3 days it may begin to smell. - I usually keep my apples in the fridge.
every drug has a smell..and if you were around the smoke than yes your clothing and hair would most likely smell like it.

If you can smell anti-freeze when you are driving down the road it could be the heater core, if not check you anti-freeze level, if that is ok I would say it could be your thermostat. hope this helps.
Put Olive oil on it every day for 3 days, and the smell should leave.
