Writing a story about vampires any ideas of what should happen to them in the sun?

Vampires have a whole range of reactions to sun-light: Count Dracula was only slightly weakened in day-light, Count Orlock was vapourized on the first touch of dawn. Edward Cullen merely sparkled in sun-light.
A novel reaction to sun-light might be purification. A vampire in prolonged exposure to strong sun-light could be healed and returned to a mortal life. And maybe a vampire would be opposed to surrendering empowered immortality for mediocre mortality.
Maybe sun-light induces a torturous fugue state in which the vampire experiences hallucinatory precognition. Maybe there is some sort of ceremony where a vampire is bound or chained to an altar which is exposed to an orifice of sky, made to suffer the infusion for the prophesies he/she can produce.

How do you write a Book about vampires?
First you have to know something about vampires, then you have to decide what kind of book it is going to be fiction or nonfiction. Then you need to have some ideas for your book write the ideas down try and put your thoughts in some kind of order and make a rough outline. Then you can start writing
I haven't been having any writing ideas and since i did i have a lot before its been really bothering me what should i do to get back to normal?
To get back to the normal try watching news and the events around you that happen everyday. Do a thorough soul searching to get the writing ideas as well.
