You have to explain in a very calm but straight to the point way that at no point will you want to take the relationship any further than friendship, explain that you understand that he wants more but you wont change your mind. If he still asks you after that or makes you feel uncomfortable then you will have to explain that your friendship will have to end f he cannot put these feelings aside and at the first sign that he cant, say goodbye maybe he will be ready to be friends in the future but not now.
