Your genitalia size was pre-determined before birth by the genes from your parents. You basically got what you got ... there is no standard normal penis size for any particular age ... therefore nothing is normal or abnormal ... there is nothing we can do to alter this biological makeup within our bodies. Be happy with what you got, cause it is yours to keep.
If you can urinate successfully, the size is fine.

∙ 9y agoNot only is it not normal, but it is also medically impossible, considering a 13 year old will have only just started puberty more or less.
The average size for a teenager penis is between 4 inches and 5 inches.
The average size for an adult penis is between 5.5 inches and 6.5 inches.
A 7 inch penis is very uncommon. Anything above 7 inches is extremely rare.
Make sure you know how to use a ruler properly (and for the love of Mother Nature, wash it afterwards).
