At 14, you're way too young to have any kind of sex.
Leave the other kid alone. Teenagers are easily impressed, and also easily hurt, especially if someone they think is their friend tries to take advantage of them. If you really like him, you won't mess up your friendship like that. And that goes for heterosexual relationships as well.
