It's gonna be hard, but I believe you can do it. First you can tell your mom straight out that you want to be a singer. Or tell your family members and if they approve then your mom might get pressured and she has no choice but to let you be one. Or take an audition somewhere first and then tell your mother about that audition and if you pass she might let you be a singer. But I'm telling you being a singer at the age of 10 is HARD.
