In Pakistani culture it's very rare for people to exchange personal details (such as a name) until they know you very well indeed. Most casual friends and acquaintances refer to each other by the last three digits of their telephone number, perhaps with a nickname to avoid confusion. For example: Kuldip Sameer, a commercial baker with telephone number 0785 44 58 92 would be referred to as "Kuldip" by his closest friends and family, "892" by his general circle of friends, and "892 the bread" by his customers and business associates.

You can't just change the passport. She must go through immigration process. But If Pakistan gives her Pakistani nationality automatically based on marriage to a Pakistani citizen, then after she receives her citizenship certificate (or whatever other name it may have) then she can apply for a Pakistani passport.

There isn't a language called 'Pakistani'. There are over 100 languages spoken in Pakistan. But if you mean the national language 'Urdu' then there are two ways of saying it. If you're speaking to a friend or a partner - 'Tum khoobsurat ho' And if you're speaking to an elder and want to be formal you say 'Aap khoobsurat hain'.
