Sounds like you've had a belt brake! check your engine bay
What year is your car? Did you mean the CHECK ENGINE light? The battery gauge?
4 gauge wire.
Check engine light : Gauge cluster without tachometer ( under the engine oil pressure gauge ) Gauge cluster with tachometer ( just to the left of the battery voltage gauge )
It means that one gauge is not in the safe zone. Check the engine temp, oil pressure, battery/alternator voltage,It means that one gauge is not in the safe zone. Check the engine temp, oil pressure, battery/alternator voltage,
It means at least one of the gauges is out of its normal range. The "check gauge light" is notifing you to take notice with either the engine temp gauge, the battery gauge or the engine oil pressure gauge.
First, gauge connect with pressure line and return line. then turn on engine. you will see the rate of flow and pressure on gauge.
There is a battery light above the engine temperature gauge
while driving the rpm gauge work perfect, when start accelerating the rpm can not exceed 3 with interruption in the engine
A battery gauge "moves up and down" while running because of fluctuations in the voltage output of the circuit which it is connected to. This may be because of equipment on the circuit.
The battery gauge in a vehicle will move when you use your power mirrors as your causing a small drain on the battery & lowering the voltage slightly. The effect is normally only really visible when the engine is not running.
check your battery terminals for corrosion. also check for loose wires usually found at the starter or engine ground. also have battery checked for a bad cell.
Sound like the Alternator or possibly the Regulator died. Get it checked and fixed before it completely destroys your Battery.
