A doctor will tell you that you are immediately fertile, but I can tell you from experience, it can take almost a year to get your body back to normal. If you are trying to conceive, don't get discouraged if you aren't pregnant immediately. It took me over a year with all 3 of my kids once getting off Birth Control.
