Your 1998 Cherokee ac system leaks coolant in the heater core area but charing every 5-6 months keeps it working is there a health risk that you may be breathing r-134 vapors via the ac blower system?

The data sheet on R134a reads : In low concentrations may cause narcotic effects. Symptoms may include dizzyness, headache, nausea and loss of coordination. In high concentrations may cause asphyxiation. You need to get the leak fixed!
