Okay no. If he keeps looking at you and trying to talk to you or your friends that may be a sign of him liking you. If your not sure then you can always ask your friends to go up to him and ask him or ask his friends is he likes you. But if you really like him maybe you should just go up and tell him you like him, the worst that could happen is he doesnt like you, and if he doesnt, then who cares, he doesnt deserve you, so move on! :)
