It could be the fuel pump. Our 2004 Suburban was doing the same thing. Apparently there needs to be a minimum pressure at the fuel injector rail on the ingine to allow it to start. We had the pump replaced and it has worked fine since. The pump is in the tank, so the repair is not cheap.

It is possible your fan shroud is loose and hitting your fan at take off due to engine tourqe.Try having your hood up and have someone watch as you move it.If it is a sqeal then check belts.
