Yes, my vehicle does the same thing when you fill up the gas tank past full. Not sure why it does that but it happens to me so I stop when the gas tank clicks.

According to the Haynes manual after 2003 there is no seperate fuel filter for the T&C. There is only the fuel pump on the top of the gas tank underneath the car.
