It could be many things... engine, tranny, chassis...
My guess is that in first and second gear you are accelerating the hardest, so compression is my suspicion. Head gasket or exhaust. They can both make similar funny noises...
If by "popping noise" you mean backfire, it could be crossed ignition wires, or some sort of misfire.
Engine mounts could be loose or worn.
could be a contant velocity joint
Most likely a CV joint...could be dangerous... consult a mechanic asap
Could be your exhaust system specically your converter.
The gas making the popping noise is hydrogen.
the spark breaks the speed of sound
bad plug or bad gas or timing could be off carb needs to be cleaned and or adjusted check timing last but it could also be your starter solenoid if the connections are slightly loose, on my predator had same problem constant popping, just be sure to check the solenoid first
Rice Krispies IHTH :)
Internal steam via a microwave or heated pan.
A clock ticks because of the gears moving.
IT sounds like the Voyager could be losing power to the ignition circuits. Check the crank position sensor first. Make sure that the wiring connections are not loose or corroded.
